We are as responsible for the creation of the United States of America as the founders were. Because the act of creating the Union did not end with them, the constitution they wrote, or the amendments that followed. The act of creating the Union is an ongoing assignment that each generation must take up.

This collection is my attempt to offer a window into the emotional reality of the trans experience, specifically my trans experience.

"Glass Hearts & Broken Pedestals" emerged from my desire to explore my romantic experiences as a panromantic, asexual, transwoman.

The anti-trans Executive Order will influence broader cultural and societal attitudes towards trans and nonbinary individuals.

"Tantrums and Tempests" remains tragically relevant. It reminds us that progress is never guaranteed, that rights once won can be lost.

In the face of this Executive Order, individual action becomes more important than ever. Every action matters, no matter how small.
